Accessibility Guide
Mission Statement
We will provide our Guests with the highest quality Guest Experience in a safe, clean, comfortable and friendly environment. Our goal is to consistently make every event a positive and friendly experience with the objective that our Guests leave with lasting memories and a desire to return. We will enhance the Guest Experience by providing Superior Guest Services through dedicated Team Members who are professionally trained and empowered to make it happen.
Accessible Services - Parking
Designated accessible parking for guests with disabilities is available in Blue Lot ADA or White Lot ADA. Accessible Parking is also located in the Gold, Platinum and Bronze Lots for those with an advanced purchase parking pass. Parking placards for guests with disabilities are available through state or town government offices. The Buffalo Bills DO NOT issue these permits. Proper plates or permits are required to park in an accessible space. Spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Vehicles parked in accessible parking spaces (including but not limited to Blue Lot ADA and White Lot ADA) without the proper legal parking placards will be ticketed and are subject to be towed from Buffalo Bills property.
Accessible Services - Seating
Accessible platforms are located throughout the Main Concourse, Upper Concourse, and in each of our Premium Spaces. Accessible Seating platforms provide space for There is no storage for wheelchairs or mobility devices anywhere inside the stadium. To obtain proper seating for an accessible seating platform, contact the Bills Box Office powered by Ticketmaster at 1-877-228-4257 or tickets@bills.nfl.net prior to arriving at the stadium.
Guests in need of accessible seating during a game will be accommodated in at the platform nearest to their originally ticketed location. Availability is based on a first-come, first-served basis. Please visit a Guest Experience Booth closest to your ticketed location for assistance for further assistance.
Accessible Services - Transportation
Golf Cart Transportation
Pre-Game - Guests with accessible needs who park in Buffalo Bills controlled parking lots may receive a golf cart ride to the stadium gates from the Guest Experience Golf Cart Team. Golf Cart Team Members will patrol the parking lots using the dedicated emergency vehicle lane and assist guests as needed. Guests may call 716-312-8933 OR text your location & request to 716-588-1960 OR complete the following form on game day to request a golf cart transport. https://submitmyrequest.com/adatransportation
Post-Game – Guests with accessible needs who park in Buffalo Bills controlled parking lots may receive a golf cart ride from stadium gates to their designated parking lot. For service to a drop off location in our west parking lots (Grey, Gold, Platinum, Bronze) please look for our ADA Team at Gate B. For service to the drop off location in our east parking lots (White, Orange, Blue, Green), please look for our ADA Team at Gate E.
Wheelchair Transportation
Wheelchair transportation is available from stadium gates or ticket entries to a guest's seat and from a guest's seat to the stadium ticket entries or gates. Wheelchair transportation to parking lots and other areas outside of the stadium gates is not available. Guests can request a wheelchair pickup on game by texting the Fan Text Line at (716) 588-1960 OR by calling (716) 312-8855 OR completing the following form https://submitmyrequest.com/wheelchairrequest Contact the nearest Guest Experience Ambassador for more information. There is no storage for personal wheelchairs or mobility devices anywhere inside Highmark Stadium.
Assisted Listening Devices
Guests may check out an Assisted Listening Device (ALD) at any Guest Experience Booth on the Main or Upper Concourses. Guest Experience Team Members will record name and phone number to be able to contact a guest should the ALD not be returned at the end of the game. We ask that ALDs are returned to their original location.
Closed Caption Devices
Guests may utilize the Closed Captioning feature of the Bills Mobile app. In addition, designated video boards throughout the stadium will display closed captioning.
Elevators
Elevators are the primary form of vertical transportation in Highmark Stadium and are clearly marked throughout concourses, premium spaces and seating areas. Please contact a Guest Experience Team Member for assistance.
Guests may be asked to present their ticket, wristband or credential when boarding an elevator to ensure proper access.
Interpreting – Concerts
For guests with a sensory processing need, Sensory Kits provided by the Doug Flutie Jr. Foundation and KultureCity are available to rent at all Guest Experience Booths, as well as Suite Concierge and 716 Club Booth locations.
Highmark Stadium is proud to provide (7) designated Sensory Rooms for guests to utilize and a safe and calming environment. Sensory Rooms are in the following stadium spaces. Please contact a Guest Experience Team Member for assistance in accessing a room.

Sensory Inclusion
Guests with sensory issues may check-out a Sensory Inclusion Kit from the locations listed below. Kits typically include noise cancelling headphones, fidget toys, and a KultureCity VIP Identification Card.

We have partnered up with KultureCity and our sponsor, Kaleida Health & Doug Flutie Jr. Foundation for Autism, to offer seven (7) Sensory Rooms throughout Highmark Stadium. Sensory Rooms allow for those with invisible disorders or sensory needs (such as Autism, Parkinson's Disease, PTSD, etc.) to feel more comfortable attending a major sporting event.
Guests are welcome to visit our Sensory Rooms at any time during an event and room locations are listed below.

Service Animals
Animals are not permitted inside Highmark Stadium, except for certified service dogs/animals.
