Parking is complimentary for tour participants in the Bronze Lot, located off Abbott Road and Southwestern Blvd. Upon arrival, please follow posted signage through Family Circle Plaza to the designated Stadium Tour Entry, positioned on the Northeast side of the stadium. We kindly ask that all guests arrive 15–20 minutes prior to your scheduled tour time to allow for parking and check-in.

Highmark Stadium Tours typically cover between 0.5 miles and 1 mile of walking depending on the tour option. Walking distances may vary due to stadium and tour operations.

Yes. Group tours must be booked at least two weeks in advance and require a minimum of 25 tickets. Please fill out our Group Ticket Info form and our team will reach out to arrange your tour.

All tour dates, times, and locations (including the field and the locker room) are subject to change without notice based on stadium operations. Refunds will not be given due to route stops being omitted.

Yes, all Highmark Stadium tours are ADA accessible. If you have a disability requiring any type of accommodation, we ask that you contact us at least 72 hours in advance to ensure the requested accommodation can be provided to the best of our ability.

Trained service animals are welcome in most locations at Highmark Stadium. Guests who use service animals must retain control of their animals at all times and keep them on a leash or harness while visiting. Emotional Support animals are not permitted. A service animal is defined as a dog or a miniature horse that has been trained to do work or perform tasks for the benefit of an individual with a disability. Guests with service animals may be asked to leave if the Guests do not retain control over their service animal, if the service animal displays aggressive or disruptive behavior, or if the service animal is not housebroken. The care and supervision of the animal is solely the responsibility of the owner.

• One-gallon clear plastic freezer bags
• Small clutch bag (4.5" x 6.5"), with or without a handle or strap
• Binoculars
• Cameras with lenses shorter than six (6) inches
• Food – unopened, single-serve containers carried in an approved size clear plastic bag
• iPads and tablet devices

Prohibited Items:

• Alcoholic beverages, illegal substances
• Animals (with the exception of service animals for guests with disabilities)
• Non-medically essential bags of any size not in accordance with the NFL Clear Bag Policy
• Beach balls, footballs, balls, inflatable devices (balloons)
• Bottles, cans, thermoses, and other beverage containers
• Cameras with lenses longer than six (6) inches
• Clothing or material with profane language or obscene graphics or anything political in nature
• Drones, Unmanned Aircraft Devices
• Fireworks
• Laptop computers, radios
• Laser pointer devices, noisemakers
• Promotional materials not approved by the Bills

All Highmark Stadium tours are subject to the NFL Clear Bag Policy. Bags that are clear plastic, vinyl or PVC and do not exceed 12" x 6" x 12" are permitted inside. This includes clear backpacks, clear fanny packs and clear cinch bags that fit within the permissible dimensions.

• No buckles, grommets/hardware or décor can be concealing any part of the bag.
• One-gallon clear plastic freezer bags (Ziplock bag or similar) are permitted.
• Small bags, non-clear bags that do not exceed 4.5" x 6.5" in size, with or without a handle or strap, can be taken into the stadium with one of the clear plastic bags.

Guests are welcome to use still cameras for personal use except in areas explicitly stated by your Tour Guide. All video recording is prohibited. Video cameras and camera equipment such as tripods, selfie sticks, and lenses longer than 6" (detachable or non-detachable) will NOT be permitted into the stadium. Guests may not reproduce any images for any commercial use without written approval from Highmark Stadium and the Buffalo Bills.

Guests are not permitted to bring outside beverages, cans, bottles, thermoses, coolers, jugs, or other containers into Highmark Stadium. Children's juice boxes when accompanied by a child, infant bottles when accompanied by an infant, and items necessary for medical purposes are permitted. Guests are permitted to bring in unopened food in single serve containers carried in an approved size clear plastic bag.

All tours that include the Field Level will take guests to the sidelines of the field. No guests will be allowed on the grass. Please note that access to the Field Level and sidelines are subject to availability.

If you are running late for your scheduled visit, please reach out to the Highmark Stadium Tour Department as soon as possible for possible resolution. Due to the nature of our tours, tours leave promptly at their scheduled time and late arrivals may not be able to be accommodated. If you have missed your scheduled start time, please reach out to our support team for assistance. Refunds are not available for any missed tours.

All stadium tours are rain or shine and will proceed as normal unless communicated by the Highmark Stadium Tour Department. In the case of tour cancellation due to inclement weather, all guests with bookings will receive communication regarding the cancellation and resolution opportunities.
